Registration / Submission

To take part in the conference or to submit a contribution, please click on the button below. The system guides you through three steps. First you have to create a user account. In your account you can submit contributions to the various program items and register for the conference at any time. You don´t have to register first to submitt a paper.

Once you have created a user account, you can log in any time for revision of your abstract or data until deadline.

Visa invitation letters can be downloaded in the user account once either a submitted paper has been accepted or after registering for the conference and paying the fee.

Conference Fees

The conference fee includes:
 

• scientific sessions
• conference materials
• welcome reception on Monday evening
• coffee breaks
• conference dinner on Wednesday evening
• local public transportation pass (VRR Preisstufe D, valid 11 to 17 August 2024)***

* Students (Bachelor, Master, Ph.D. Student; student ID must be submitted when registering); people from defined developing countries, retired persons).

** Accompanying persons will have access to the welcome reception, to the conference dinner, and they will also receive the local public transportation pass. They must register themselves as such.

*** How to get the transportation pass:

The number of your invoice and registration confirmation you will get is your personal code number to get the ticket for the public transport.Go to the online ticket portal (Bogestra KombiTicket) of the Verkehrsverbund-Rhein-Ruhr: https://kombiticket.bogestra.de/redeem/rub

After entering your code number and personal data, you will receive your VRR ticket by email as a PDF and as a wallet pass for your mobile phone. Please always take your ID card with you when using VRR public transport.
